Serve Legal Client Sastisfaction Survey Results

Serve Legal have recently conducted a client satisfaction survey to measure the effectiveness and delivery of our service. We are very pleased to announce that the feedback we received was extremely positive.
All clients rated our overall service as either 4 or 5 out of 5 which is great to hear. Furthermore over 60% claim to pass more local authority visits following a regular test program and 94% would happily recommend us to other retailers.
Our clients also rated us extremely favourably compared to other mystery shopping companies they have worked with in the past.
We are very pleased that our 2011 client survey received such positive feedback yet we remain committed to constantly improving the service we offer our clients and hope to receive an even better response next year.
