Media Compliance Area Manager (Ireland)

Serve Legal are hiring a new Area Manager to work within the Operations team. This is a logistical role, with responsibility for the efficient service delivery for clients, which include household names within the retail & hospitality sectors. Serve Legal provide compliance auditing services, similar to "mystery shopping". The 'audits' to each site are completed by a network of 'auditors', a 4000+ team of casual workers across the UK & Ireland, mostly aged 18 & 19 due to the nature of the age-verification work. Each Area Manager is responsible for getting all of the 'audits' completed within the defined timeframe for a designated geographical area, by mobilising their 'auditors' efficiently.

We are looking for an ambitious graduate, or someone with relevant work experience of building effective relationships and using organisation & time management skills, to join our Operations team as a Media Compliance Area Manager in Ireland. The successful candidate will have the chance to:

  • Gain management experience in a dynamic environment & take on increased responsibilities.
  • Gain a broad range of experience across the business, allowing you to develop transferable skills and identify your strengths, abilities and interests.
  • Prove your worth & have your potential recognised.
  • Work in a fast-paced, growing business with opportunities to progress.

The right candidate is tenacious & self-motivated, can work independently, has the ability to build strong relationships and is ambitious, with a desire to progress & learn new skills. The preferred start date is mid/late September. This is a remote role which involves working 20 hours per week. Being based in Ireland (NI or ROI) is a requirement for this role.

The salary is €13,000 a year (€24,375 pro-rata). While the role is home-based, attendance at the Serve Legal office in London may be requested from time-to-time. The vacancy will close on 7th August 2022.
