Trainee Area Manager
Serve Legal are hiring a new Area Manager to work within the Operations team. This is a logistical role, with responsibility for the efficient service delivery for clients, which include household names within the retail & hospitality sectors. Serve Legal provide compliance auditing services, similar to "mystery shopping", focusing mainly on age-verification and the provision of allergen information. The 'audits' to each site are completed by a network of 'auditors', a 4000+ team of casual workers across the UK & Ireland, mostly aged 18 & 19 due to the nature of the age-verification work. Each Area Manager is responsible for getting all of the 'audits' completed within the defined timeframe for a designated geographical area, often around 900 per month, by mobilising their 'auditors' efficiently.
