London Testing Sessions

Serve Legal is recruiting participants to take part in in-person document authentication testing with Ingenium Biometrics at Novotel London Bridge (SE1 9HH) between 27–30 October 2025.
Participants must hold a valid passport, identity card, or driver’s licence from specified countries or U.S. states. Each session lasts around 2 hours (latest start 2pm), and you will be paid for attending.

All data will be handled following robust data protection procedures, the data will only be used for testing purposes, and full details on the data collection policy will be provided in an agreement before you do any further steps.

How to Take Part

Who Can Take Part?

We are seeking images of valid identity documents (passport, driver’s licence, or identity card) from the following countries:

  • Passports, ID Cards, Driver’s Licences: Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Italy, Malaysia, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Switzerland, United States.
  • US Driver’s Licences (specific states): California, Florida, New York, Texas, North Carolina, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, Kansas, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Arizona, Ohio.
What Will You Need to Do?
  1. Take a clear photo of the relevant document on your mobile phone.

  2. Sign a consent agreement giving your permission for the image to be used by Ingenium Biometrics for testing purposes.

  3. Upload securely using an encrypted file transfer system (we will provide simple step-by-step instructions).

You will receive payment for your participation once your submission has been verified.
