Weekend Approving Team

Weekend Approver

Weekend Approvers work within the Weekend Team, approving submitted audit reports to the highest standard and in line with company objectives. Working on designated weekends, for hours within set parameters, the team is led by a Weekend Supervisor who ensures approvers are aware of exactly what is required, issues clear instructions and sets achievable deadlines.

Weekend Supervisor

The Weekend Supervisor’s role is to oversee the work of the Weekend Approvals Team, ensuring submitted audit reports are processed to the highest standard and in line with company objectives. Tasks include allocating work, issuing clear instructions and setting achievable deadlines. The Weekend Supervisor progresses queried reports, supporting the team to ensure submitted reports are processed accurately and on time.

Operations Team

Area Manager

An Area Manager works within a small regional team, taking responsibility for a designated area to ensure that audits are completed on time and to agreed Key Performance Indicators.

An effective Area Manager takes ownership of given activities in a designated area and actively seeks to identify improved ways of working.

Regional Manager

A Regional Manager takes overall responsibility for a designated region, ensuring that all audits and media compliance programmes are completed on time and to agreed Key Performance Indicators. The Regional Manager also takes responsibility for costs across the region.

An effective Regional Manager takes ownership of all activities in a designated region, promoting good practice and actively seeking to identify improved ways of working.

Media Compliance Co-Ordinator

An effective Media Compliance Approver ensures that all submitted Media Compliance reports are approved to the highest standard and in line with company objectives. The identification of contradictions and errors demands a good eye for detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

Media Compliance Approvers also provide wider support to the team when required, for example providing support to auditors during matches at weekends. The nature of the work means that Media Compliance Approvers often work outside standard working hours (9.00-5.30)

Finance, Systems & Data teams

Data Assistant

The Data Assistant role is varied, working in the fast-paced environment of the Data team. The post carries responsibility for client reporting, system and database maintenance and dealing with client enquiries. A successful Data Assistant is accurate, has a keen eye for detail and is pro-active in dealing with other members of the team.

Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistants are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. An Accounts Assistant provides administrative support to the Finance Manager, undertaking clerical tasks such as making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. As well as helping the Finance Manager, Accounts Assistants liaise with clients and assist the team in other tasks as required.
